She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Pierce and Cyril Pierce. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Tanen; her daughters, Jerri Shaer, Sandy Tanen and Laurie Tanen; her grandchildren, Stephanie VanHook, Dan Shaer, Max Shaer, Miriam Fuchs, Shoshana Jarvis, Noah Jarvis and Eli Jarvis; and her great grandchildren, Nora VanHook, Sloane VanHook, Theo Shaer, Madison Shaer and Conor Shaer. She is also survived by her aunts, uncle and cousins.
