He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Woodard and Hazel Woodard (Potter); his siblings, Harold, Marshall, Clarence, Hazel, Gladys, Muriel and Pinky; and his sister-in-law Ann Woodard (Linares) of Swampscott, Massachusetts..
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Woodard (Noraetta), Jo Ann Procter (Les) and Cheryl Dietz (Robert); his grandchildren, Steve Woodard Jr. (Jill), Shaun Woodard, Crystal Dietz (Evan), Billy Dietz (Grace) and Nick Procter (Leigha); and his great grandchildren, T. J. Woodard, Addison Abutayeh and Jameson Dietz. He is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lockmar Baptist Church (700 Emerson Dr NE, Palm Bay, FL 32907).
