He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mayhew and Margaret Mayhew. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean Benton of Loganville, GA, Patsy Slye of Newport News, VA, Ray Mayhew, Bobby Mayhew of Hampton, VA and Jimmy Mayhew; and his grandchildren, Barry Mayhew of Centerville, OH, Brian Mayhew of Palm Bay, FL, April Mayhew of Umatilla, FL, Emma Mayhew of Kettering, OH and Samuel Mayhew of Kettering, OH. He is also survived by Dad also has many nieces, nephews.
