He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Sr. Bia and Anna Bia. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sister Mary Theresa Dobek of Anderson, SC; his sons, Gino Bia and John Bia; his adoptive son Breylen Rogers; and his grandchildren, Nicolas, Jaxon, John Jr., Samantha, Gracie and Lia Bia.
