He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Marshall (Tuczkus) and Maurice Marshall, Sr.; his former wife Marjorie Eldred Bossler; and his wife Barbara Binning Marshall (Binning). He is survived by: his children, K. R. Marshall (Sally) and Jenny Thompson (Mark); his stepchildren, Robin Maltese (Joe), Peter Hunt (Tracy) and Tracey Steffek (Steve); and his brother David Marshall (Mary Ann). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
