He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Russell Perkins and Evelyn VanZandt Perkins; his wife Patricia Kowalski Perkins; and his stepson Brian Loetscher. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Perkins (Melany), Scott Philip Perkins, Jeffrey Perkins (Heather) and Susan Parsons (Michael); and the mother of his children Elizabeth Manchester Perkins. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
