Edward Rushing Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Rushing (Palm Bay, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Edward departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edward leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Rushing and Bessie Rushing; and his siblings, Eugene Rushing and Carol Tittle. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Tammy Still (Stephen) and Christy Myers (Mark); and his grandchildren, Karley Myers, Mason Myers, Faith Still, Ian Still and Gabriel Still. He is also survived by his extended family, including sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
