He was predeceased by: his father Richard McGinnes; and his brother Richard, Jr.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Yvonne Martin; his son Timothy James McGinnes (Jacquelynn); his grandson Liam (Shawn McGinnes) of Gainesville, FL; and his brother Darryl McGinnes (Tammy) of Gainesville, FL.
