He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale N. Osborn Jr. and Mildred "Jean" Mack; his brother Richard; and his nephew Steven. He is survived by: his children, Kiera Osborn of West Babylon, NY and Nicholas Dale Osborn of Lake Worth, FL; his sisters, Deborah Kremer of Seaford, NY and Cynthia "Missy" McCarthy of Melbourne, FL; his nephews, Jeremy Gelormino of Seaford, NY and Chris McCarthy; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Kremer of Seaford, NY and Kevin McCarthy of Palm Bay, FL.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
