She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Head and Effie Head. She is survived by: her husband Cleatus; her daughter Madlyn Jody Taylor (James); and her grandchildren, Bobby Smith (Patty), Cleatus Smith (Serina), Eugene, Dawn Seibert (Jason), Nikki Stephens (Art), Jamie Poppel (Dennis) and Karen Seibert. She is also survived by twenty three great grand children, and eight great - great grand children.
