She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Allen Mustain; and her parents, Charles Holmes and Ernestine Holmes. She is survived by: her son Kenneth Charles Mustain; her grandsons, Thomas (Karen) and Robert (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Eryka and Tyler.

The family is requesting in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. 4950 W. Kennedy Blvd #605 Tampa, Florida 33609.
