He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lentz and Romaine P. Zeigler Lentz; his daughter Kerrie; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Emenheiser, Samuel Leos and Larry Sechrist.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sechrist Lentz of Palm Bay; his children, Noel Lentz of Palm Bay, Kevin Lentz (Christine) of Sinking Spring and Michael Lentz (Jennifer) of Grafton, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Sara, Emily, Elizabeth and Nicholas; his sisters, Norma Emenheiser of Red Lion and Faye Cathell (Norman) of Berlin; and his sister-in-law Pam Leos of Drexel Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
