It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Yvonne Harvey (Palatka, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Harvey; her parents, Carl Johnson and Ruby Johnson (Stupperich); her siblings, Lon Holy, Violet Shipman and Patricia Malik; and her grandson Gregory Woodhouse, Jr. (Shirley).
She is survived by: her children, Paul Harvey, Alison Schuler (John Carnaggio) and Linda Smoyer (Steve); and her grandchildren, Amelia Harvey, Amanda Floyd, Marisa Battell, Lee Cates, Julie Breeze, Craig Schuler, Kyle Schuler, Stephanie Lafontaine and Christina Woodhouse. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or a memorial donation may be made to The Shriners Children's Hospital in memory of Shirley.
