We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2024, at the age of 87, Shirley Warwick Nixon of Palatka, Florida, born in Graceville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmus Charles Caulk and Beatrice Strickland Caulk; the father of her children Herman "Dalton" Warwick; her husband Andrew F. Nixon; and her close friend James C. "Jake" Brock.

She is survived by: her children, Blane Warwick (Sheliah) of East Palatka, Bret Warwick of Palatka, Brian Warwick (Julia) of Palatka and Robin Hudson (Paul) of East Palatka; her stepsister Sonya Sipprell (Jack) of Florahome; and her grandchildren, Clinton Warwick (Kayleigh), Amy Hedstrom (Mark), Aaron Sells, Sean Warwick, Jerney Warwick, Danielle Clifton, Robert Warwick, Lauren Hudson and Julia Hudson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Palatka Memorial Gardens (4070 Silver Lake Dr, Palatka, FL 32177).
