He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rowell-Crowe; his children, Ray Crowe (Tina) of Palatka and Terry Crowe-Hall (Rodney) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Harley Crowe, Wayne Crowe, Clifford Tennant, Rachella Crowe, E'Vanna Hall and Susan Hall. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
