Richard French III Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard French III of Palatka, Florida, born in Hialeah, Florida, who passed away on August 31, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard French II and Helen French; and his wife Jolee Hayes French. He is survived by: his sister Gloria Werkheiser; his stepchildren, Jo Cone and Buck Tillis; and his close friend Kay Alford Clapp. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
