With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Jo Baxter of Palatka, Florida, born in Niles, Michigan, who passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William L. "Bill" Baxter; and her parents, William "Bill" Pifer and Hildreth Pifer. She is survived by: her children, Todd Baxter (Nora) of Jackson, Tammy Baxter of Palatka and Trisha Taris (Mike) of Fayetteville; her sister Jane Gaughran of Chicago; and her grandchildren, Kim Baxter, J. P. Baxter, Brad Baxter, Josie Taris and Nicole Taris.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to the Palatka Christian Service Center, 2600 Peters St., Palatka, FL 32177 or to St. James Methodist Church, 400 Reid St., Palatka, FL 32177.
