With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Owen Lassiter Jr. of Palatka, Florida, born in Live Oak, Florida, who passed away on April 6, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen, Sr. Lassiter and Grace Lassiter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Lassiter of Palatka; his children, Joe (Gail Lassiter), Owen, III (Donna Lassiter), Richard (Diana Lassiter), Linda King (Jack Webb) and Amy Minter of Hortense, GA; and his brothers, Wayne (Gloria Lassiter) and Larry (Jane Lassiter). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
