He was predeceased by: his grandmother Opal Dawn Bass; and his uncle Shelby Scott Hebert. He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Hebert and Heather Bass of Palatka; his siblings, Aden Hebert, Opal Samball and Athena Hebert; his grandparents, Kevin Bass (Diana) of Francis, Paternal, Jay, Terri Hebert of Palatka and Kim Bolen of Palatka, Paternal; and his great-grandparents, Alice Hebert of Palatka, Paternal and Harvey Champion of Palatka. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and other extended family.
