She was predeceased by: her former husbands, James Winston Martin and Jack Cawthorne; her husband William L. Lewis; her parents, Daniel Calhoun and Annie Fountain Calhoun; her daughter Angela Marie Martin; and her brother Robert Wayne Calhoun.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Martin of Palatka and Patrick Randall Martin of Palatka; her sister Virginia Calkins of Orange Park; and her grandchildren, Mary Ann, Annie Laura Hiers, Elizabeth Joyner and Andy Joyner.
