Margherita Basili Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Margherita Basili of Palatka, Florida, born in New Haven, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Margherita leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Milano and Assunta Carrano Milano; and her sister Gilda Milano Russanello. She is survived by: her sons, Giuseppe Basili (Dean) of Norman, Gianfranco Basili (Allison) of Saint Augustine and Roberto Basili (Sara) of Bergen Norway; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Basili Gunther (Ben), Johanne Basili, Benjamin Basili and Filip Basili.
