She is survived by: her stepchildren, Cindy Whitford (Arnold) of Cooper City, FL and Stuart Yundt (Joyce) of Tampa, FL; her siblings, Kristy Lewis (Sidney), James "Buddy" Ford (Joyce) and Steve Ford; her sister-in-law Andrea Ford; and her caregivers, Ashley Ridenour and Melbi Riveria. She is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
