He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Diver and Esther Diver. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark, Edna, Katherine, Ted and Tina; his wife Joan; his children, Lee (Mary), Eddie (Deanie) and Kimbi Cannon; his grandchildren, Ashley Shryock (Chad), Heather Stansky (Derek) and Brad Diver; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Sara Story, Brandon, Brian and Makayla Clark.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Overturf Chapel (307 S Palm Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
