He is survived by: his son Jason Fowler of New Jersey; and his siblings, Jim Fowler (Sandy) of Orange Park, Roseanne Hartley (Steven) of Palatka, Cindy Crews (Kenny), Sheryl Player (David) of Ormond Beach and Susan Fowler of Palatka. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
