She was predeceased by: her sons, Harold Kelley and Herbert Kelley, II; her parents, Hester Starling and Gladys Starling; and her sister Gaynell Starling.
She is survived by: her husband John Dompe; her son Michael Kelley (Angela); her stepdaughters, Denise Derea (Mike) and Marjorie Waggy; her brother David Starling (Cathy); her grandchildren, John Kelley (Ashley), Brandon Kelley (Christina), Chris Kelley (Mallorie), Steven Kelley (Alisha), Tyler Kelley (Abby) and Magen Kelley (Steven); her niece Alisha Gipe; and her nephew Tony Bennett (Sue). She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, cousins and other extended family.
