She was predeceased by: her husband George T. Franklin; her brother Jack Kosik; and her parents, Juanita Kosik and John Kosik. She is survived by: her children, Thomas John Franklin and Donna Sue-Ellen Franklin; her children-in-law, Robert (Deborah Castle) and JoAnn Barnhart; and her grandchildren, Shirley Castle, Victoria Castle and Jessica Castle. She is also survived by friends whom she thought of as a daughter.
A vigil service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home - Palatka Chapel (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Monica Catholic Church (114 S 4th St, Palatka, FL 32177).
