He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rose of Carraway; his parents, Barbara Cook Combs (Allen) of Lakeland, FL and Richard Rose (Betty) of Jacksonville; his stepchildren, Diane Andreas of Carraway, Herschel Andreas of Carraway and Tyler Thornton of Carraway; his brother Eric Scott Rose (Kelly) of Newberry; his stepbrothers, Richard P. Ferry, Jr. (Elisha) of Jacksonville and Timothy Combs of Stuart; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle Brown and Mason Andreas; and his nephews, Steven Rose and Travis Rose.
The family requests memorial donations be sent to Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177.
