He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Falls; his son Kevin Jerry; his daughter-in-law Kim Falls; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Karl Weaver; his sister-in-law Patsy Falls; his grandchildren, Ashlie Warren (Jeff), Shelby Maddox (Blake), Jami McGahey (Zach), Tyler Humphrey (Luigi Mondi), Madison Sewell (Dylon) and Hunter Weaver (Gabby Montalvo); his great grandchildren, Raegan, Finn and Georgia; his niece Tricia Davis; and his nephew Douglas Falls.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Palatka Memorial Gardens (4070 Silver Lake Dr, Palatka, FL 32177).
