She was predeceased by: her parents, Howell Jackson Smith, Sr. and Hattie Massey Smith; her husband Jesse W. Warwick; and her brother Howell Jackson Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Jay Jackson Warwick (Carmen); and her granddaughters, Rachel Ashlyn Warwick and Sarah Lindsey Warwick.
