With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Junior Collins I of Palatka, Florida, who passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Herbert Junior leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Collins and Cladie Jackson Collins; and his sister Janice Collins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Collins; his children, Herbert J. Collins II, Cladie Jane Collins Johnson and Patricia Ann Fredericks; and his sisters, Faye Terry, Sharon Hair and Barbara Steadman. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Masters Funeral Home - Palatka Chapel (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
