He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Weaver and Helen Weaver; his siblings, Lamar Weaver, Joe Weaver, Melvin Weaver, Nick Weaver, Christine Sweat and Neva Knowles; and his daughter Toni Lynn Weaver.
He is survived by: his sister Norma Thompson; his sisters-in-law, Vernieca "Squeaky" Weaver and Betty Weaver; his granddaughter Amanda (Logan Cone); his great grandchildren, Carson Gibson, Easton Cone and Waylon Cone; his cousin Betty Ann Knowles; his close friend Kim Rivers; and his nephew Dustin Weaver.
