He is survived by: his children, Greg Baggs of Georgia, Robert Baggs (Pam) of Palatka and Rachel Baggs of Bostwick; his stepchildren, Barbara DeAngeles of Palatka, Doug Guthrie of Palatka and Gary Brown of Bostwick; and his sisters, Annette Jones of Palatka, Alice Farrell of Steinhatchee, Edith Grable of California and Rosalee Reddick of California. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
