She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Yankee" Fields; her parents, Sidney Lewis and Mary Lewis; and her brothers, James, Eddie, Obie, Gary and Keith Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Fields, Ricky Fields (RaeNell), Edward Dean Fields and Wade Fields (Paula); her sisters, Alma Stone and Judy Thompson; her grandchildren, Chris Fields (Melissa), Casey Fields (Skyla), Robby Fields (Alex), Joshua Fields, Kadee Carroll (Taylor), Erin Baston, Shelly Plaisance, Amber Lyons and Jennifer Woodard; her nieces, Jennifer Fields and Tiffany Richardson; and also Sheila. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
