She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth W. Adcock and Essie Dupree Adcock; and her sisters, Virginia Scapellati, Diane Altman and Wendy Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Harrell; her children, Vicki Rafuse (Harold) of Newberry, Wynelle Harrell (Mark Rodgers) of Bardin, Sherri Allman (Perry) of Bunnell and Richard Harrell (Debbie) of Palatka; her siblings, Kenny Adcock (Gloria) of Middleburg, Bryant Wilkinson of Elkton, Wanda Schneider (Doug) of Kentucky, Louise Grubbs of East Palatka, Brenda Hayes of Palatka and Barbara Daughtry (Ron) of Ocala; and her grandchildren, Amanda Jackson, Robert Fields (Alex), Joshua Fields, KaDee Carroll (Taylor), Jamie Harrell and Hollie Harrell. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
