"Chuck" Lewis, Jr. (Catherine) and Lisa Lewis Self (Mike); his adoptive son G. Adrian Gonzalez (Bibi); his grandchildren, Michael Self, Charles Daniel Lewis (Erin) and Erin Lewis; and his niece Sandra Lewis Wells.
