Though Catherine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Catherine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Gannon (Ger); and her daughter Kathleen P. Gannon. She is survived by: her daughter Joan; her son-in-law James Davis, Jr.; her son John G., Jr.; her granddaughters, Kelly Schroeder (Chris) and Eireanne Slagle; and her sisters-in-law, Mary B., Mary G. and Dolores G.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (14908 Main St, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772).
