We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2023, at the age of 79, Beverly Slack in Palatka, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beverly Slack to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bauer and Dorothy Bauer (Zillman). She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Slack; and her children, Anna Gould, Christine Knight and William (Carl).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to support the St. Mary's School of Nursing Alumni Endowment fund.
