It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Talmadge Brooks Jr. of Palatka, Florida, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Alice Brooks; his children, Athena Jane Brooks Santee and Allen Terry Brooks; and his parents, Edna Rehberg Brooks and Ruby Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brooks; his son Albert T. Brooks, III (Diana); his stepchildren, Patrick Andrew Biddle (Tammy), David Matthew Biddle and Tracey Ellen Ammons; and his sister Nancy Harth (Bill).
