He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Johnson and Susie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Arietta Louise Johnson; his stepdaughters, Kimberle Blue Houlberg and Stephanie Blue; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Long (Robert) and Randy Byrd (Vonice).
