He was predeceased by: his brother Brent A. Richter; his stepparents, Roy E (Bryant) and Delores I. Richter; and his grandparents, James O., Mary E. Stephens, Oval R. and Eathel A. Richter.
He is survived by: his parents, Lilly M. Bryant (Stephens) of Pace, Florida and Dale W. Richter of Wheeling, WV; his sisters, Kimberly S. Pittman of Pace, Florida, Janice M. Jones (Robert) of Pace, Florida and Shana R. Bryant of Baker, Florida; his sister-in-law Mary B. Richter of Mountain Home, Idaho; his siblings, Lora L. Benson of Barnesville, Ohio and Larry P. Daniels (Lukie) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his stepchildren, Gary Ferguson, Cissy Bunnell (Mike), Tisha Marek (Toby), Cassie Hardin (James), TJ Rangel (Katy) and David Rangel (Esmeralda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many dear friends and family.
