She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas C. Capell and Lunnie C. Capell; her husband Donald R. Topp; and her granddaughter Kelsey Marissa Williams. She is survived by: her sister Jeanette Kennedy; her sons, Jay Williams (Kathleen), Chris Williams (Amy) and Brian Williams (Wendi); her grandchildren, Brock Raper (Angelia), Sarah Duff (Justin), Brad Williams, Spencer Welch, Addie Williams and Sheldyn Williams; and her great grandchildren, Lyla Duff and Gracie Raper.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Faith Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory (South) (100 Beverly Pkwy, Pensacola, FL 32505). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
