Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Vera Welch of Oxford, Florida, born in Newton, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 89, on August 17, 2024. She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell S. Welch; her parents, Michael Tedesco and Vera Tedesco (Chiofaro); and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her children, David DeFelice, Donald DeFelice of Beverly, MA and Cynthia Iovino of Bedford, MA; her grandchildren, Nicole, Serena, Leanne, David, Christopher and Alexandria; her great grandchildren, Richard, David, Dylan, Chase, Wesley and Sariyah; and her sisters, Janet, Brenda and Nancy of Massachusetts. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In her memory, flowers will be donated to the Power of Flowers Project in Tewksbury following the services.
