It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Everett Young of Oxford, Florida, born in Canton, Mississippi, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Everett and Inez Everett; and her granddaughter Gina Young. She is survived by: her husband James Young, Sr.; her children, Jimmy Young (Janice), Johnny Young (June) and JaLaine Young Callaway (Billy); and her siblings, W. D. Everett, David Everett and Judy Everett. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
