He is survived by: his wife Susan Hall; his children, Erika Mullins (Jim) and Randy Phifer; his sister Rebecca Williams; his grandchildren, Larra Terry (Drew), Brett, Montgomery, Dalton Phifer and Emersyn Blasberg; and his great grandchild Jack Terry.
