He was predeceased by: his former wife Wilda Stalvey (Wilts); and his wife Virginia Osteen Stalvey (Harland). He is survived by: his son Dale Scott Stalvey; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Joy Stalvey (Higgs); his granddaughters, Katie Belle and Mae Elizabeth Stalvey; and his stepchildren, Barry Osteen and Judith Osteen Nichols. He is also survived by 7 step grandchildren.
