He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Clyde and Nadine Bailey; his sister Patricia Bexley; his wife Sharlene Bailey; his sons, Jim Bailey (Brenda), Winston Bailey (Carla) and Tom Bailey; his stepsons, Greg Perry and Mark Perry; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Taylor, Abbie and Maggie.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations in Mann's name be made to the First Baptist Church of Oxford P.O. Box 5, Oxford, FL 34484.
