She was predeceased by: her husband Frank. She is survived by: her brother Joe Woloszynowski; her children, Frank (Kathie), Richard (Kristin) of Dayton, Jean (Don) and David; and her close friends, Mike, Freda and Skip Bo. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
