He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peary Mailman and Zano Agazarian; his wife Carolan Jeanette Lowe; his children, Michael, Kimberley and Nova; his granddaughters, Diana, Abigail, Tiernan and Braealyn; and his sister Kimberly.
In Lieu of flowers, family has requested donations to be made to the Community United Methodist Church for the repair of the Carrillon Bells in memory of Richard as well as donations to Good News Jail and Prison Ministry and Lighthouse for the blind of Central Florida.
