He was predeceased by: his parents, James Patrick Flanagan Sr. and Carole Flanagan; and his sister Jacosa Kato. He is survived by: his wife Melodye; his son Jason Flanagan; his sister Mary Wiginton (Donny); his nephew Chad Wiginton; his niece Callie Bullin (Erin); and his child Kasumi Kato.
