She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mellencamp and Martha Mellencamp; her husband Charles Fox; her brothers, Paul, Glen, Don and Lou Mellencamp; and her son Brian Fox.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Fox (Narendra) of Sunnyvale and Connie Risk (Jim) of Madison; her sister Lucy Lockman of Oviedo, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Paula Marino, David Fox, Julie Karustis (David), Heather Madalena (Greg), JB Risk (Stacey) and Holly Hearne (Gabe). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
